The PHAB Service Stars launches

Created to recognise exceptional standards of customer care and performance, The PHAB Service Stars relaunched this September.
Previously known as The PHAB Standard, the platform helps UK and Irish consumers to find the best professionals across the beauty, nails, hair and barbering industries.

Those wishing to achieve a PHAB Service Star can apply online ( and will need to provide key performance results and customer testimonials, along with their manager's support. If they perform at a higher level than industry average and pass the verification processes, professionals can gain the coveted PHAB Service Star, as well as a certificate and materials to promote their accomplishment.

Founded by Nergish Wadia-Austin, The PHAB Service Stars also features an advisory board comprising leading industry experts to help guide and protect the overall quality and mission.
