Showcase your skills at new student competition
There is still time to enter the Warpaint Extra National Student Makeup Competition that will launch as part of Look Good Live 2022, giving you the chance to become a champion in your field.
Those studying beauty or makeup in the UK can participate in this new contest which provides an excellent opportunity to gain recognition for your abilities and receive feedback from seasoned professionals. Furthermore, it offers the ideal platform for gaining confidence, improving techniques, learning new tricks, demonstrating creativity, and networking with other competitors.

The Warpaint Extra National Student Makeup Competition will be hosted by the Warpaint Extra team and judged by leading experts from across the makeup industry including Yasmin Heinz, Sean Maloney, Cat Finlayson, Emma Cammack, Glamour Gran Ann, and Victoria Louise MUA.
Whatever your field of interest, the awards have been designed so you can flex your skills and unleash your imagination. There will be five categories in which aspiring MUAs will be able to compete:
- Bodypainting - The 12 Days of Christmas
- Bridal - Winter Bride
- Character - Tim Burton Movies
- Creative - 90s Nostalgia
- Fashion - Colour Blocks
How to enter
You can enter now by clicking here. Every award category will be listed, so select which one you want to participate in.
Students can register for just £30 per category, which also includes two Look Good Live standard tickets (one for the entrant and one for their model). As an additional bonus, competitors will receive an amazing MONU Skincare gift pack worth over £60.
The competition will be held on Friday 25th November at the CBS Arena in Coventry with winners announced the same day in an awards presentation during the show.
