UK's nail talent recognised at the Scratch Stars Awards 2018
Nail professionals gathered at Scratch Magazine's Summer Party to hear the winners of the Scratch Stars Awards 2018 announced.
Now in their sixth year, the awards recognise outstanding talent and achievement within the professional nail industry including nail technicians, bloggers and salons from across the UK.
The summer party and awards evening took place at Covent Garden's Tropicana Beach Club and was hosted by TV personality, Rylan Clark-Neal, with a live performances by Big Brovaz and Booty Luv.
Awards on the night included ‘The Shooting Star Award' which went to Warwick's Katie Barnes (pictured), who was recognised for her continued presence and achievements within the industry.
Lisa Crook was honoured posthumously with the ‘Lifetime Achievement Award'. As a highly respected member of the industry, Lisa founded Louella Belle in 1991. During her career, she also became an ambassador for Future Dreams, a charity which raises vital funds for breast cancer support and research.
