Staffordshire spa unveils new training programme

A luxury Staffordshire spa has launched a new training initiative for budding therapists.

Grade II listed Hoar Cross Hall's state-of-the-art spa is on the hunt for therapists to join its experienced team of professionals, where they will be enrolled on its unique Reward, Improve, Sustaining Excellence (RISE) programme.

New recruits will work their way through the Bronze, Silver and Gold levels of the programme, honing their new skills in order to offer guests a first-class experience.

The hall's spa enjoys a wide range facilities including a saltwater vitality pool, hydrotherapy pool, aqua massage Kneipp pools, cold plunge pool, sensory showers, steam rooms, saunas, treatment rooms, Nordic heat and ice suites and a fully equipped gym.

“We're very excited to have launched our new RISE programme for those eager to get into this exciting industry,” says Phil Murphy, Spa Director at Hoar Cross Hall. “We're proud to boast one of the largest spas in the UK, which is ideal for hosting a training programme where therapists can make use of our excellent facilities and learn from our elite team of professionals.”

Phil adds: “From the tranquil pools and soothing water therapies to the aqua detox and sensory showers, there's no better place to train and work as a therapist than at our luxurious spa.”
