Uniform supplier joins the Institute of Customer Service
Uniform supplier, Simon Jersey has joined the Institute of Customer Service.
The company has made the announcement to celebrate Customer Service Week, which runs from the 2nd-6th October.
Simon Jersey is the first workwear company to join the institute, providing its 50,000 customers with the guarantee of excellent service whenever they communicate with the company.To become members, Simon Jersey's customer service processes must be audited by the Institute to check it upholds the very best standards. All Institute of Customer Service members must pledge to advocate the organisation's principles, which include continual investment in staff and listening to, and acting on, all customer feedback.
Through its membership Simon Jersey will also have access to knowledge sharing, research, professional development and accreditation.
