SPONSORED: Filleron Needle-Free Pen

Filleron Professional have announced the official launch of their Needle-Free Pen at this month's Olympia Beauty.

The brand will be showcasing their new Needle-Free Pen procedure at the show which is suitable for use by medics and Level 3 or Level 2 trained beauty therapists, as well as SPMU/microblading artists,

Non-invasive option

The Filleron Needle-Free device features a customised cartridge that will hold and deliver any branded hyaluronic acid and mesotherapy cocktail of your choice.

The procedure works by using controlled air pressure to administer cross-linked hyaluronic acid into the skin. “This Needle-Free Pen uses an atomisation injection which offers better absorption, as the solution will not squeeze the tissue or cause trauma,” explains Filleron's co-founder, Tovah Sutherland. “This makes it an improved and updated delivery system from the traditional hypodermic injection. The hyaluronic acid solution penetrates the subcutaneous tissue with no needles and no pain. Instant results are delivered after just one treatment.”

Professionals can deploy the pen on all areas of the face. It can be used to help improve clients' appearance by adding shape, structure, volume and hydration, as well as plumping areas such as the lips, nasolabial folds, frown lines and crow's feet. The Filleron Needle-Free Pen can also smooth and fill out all areas of fine lines and wrinkles.

Effects are expected to last around six months, after which more treatments may be needed to maintain the desired result.

Finding a new solution

Filleron Professional was founded by Tovah Sutherland and Anna Hunt, who have over 30 years of beauty training expertise combined.

The duo is passionate about raising education and safety standards in the needle-free and micro-injection pens sectors. As a result, they are currently looking to form an association with other training providers and practitioners in 2020.

“When I learnt that a few of my clients had a terrible needle phobia but also wanted mesotherapy or fillers, I searched for a solution,” says Tovah. “This led me on to discover and train with an international micro-injection pen company. Since then, I've honed my skills and developed advanced techniques ready to teach others. Anna and I launched Filleron Professional training in 2019 to instruct and advise qualified beauticians and medics on the correct use of the Needle-Free Pen on their clients.”

Training and support

The one-day Needle-Free Pen course is available at £1,400 (inc VAT), which is accredited with CPD points and is recognised by a host of specialist insurers. Training is held nationwide at locations including Essex, Herts, Berks, Cambs, Birmingham, Sunderland and Cumbria.

Filleron Professional also offers on-going and complimentary after-training support to their students. For all micro-injection pen practitioners, they recommend attending regular reassessment courses to keep up-to-date on the latest advanced techniques.
