The International Institute for Anti-ageing's (iiaa) Salon of the Year Awards will take place in June 2018, with three new categories announced.

The Salon of the Year awards were launched over 10 years ago and have welcomed celebrity hosts such as Katie Piper and, more latterly, Ruby Wax to support the celebration of excellence across the iiaa network of skin care professionals.

The aim of the awards is to recognise not just business growth but achievement of excellence in client services, marketing, education and overall contribution to the industry. The three new categories include: ‘Best Newcomer of the Year', ‘Business Game Changer' and ‘Therapist of the Year'.

David Alpert, Managing Director, iiaa said: “Our network of skin care professionals consistently prove the value of their work. Aside from delivering the highest quality of treatments, I am often humbled when I see the results they have achieved with clients suffering from debilitating skin conditions. These skincare professionals have embraced the Feed, Fortify Finish philosophy and their hard work and dedication is a pleasure to recognise.”
